These indoor team building games all have a theme, but don’t be rigid about that theme. You’ll be surprised at what jumps out when you least expect it. So don’t be too attached about what the activity is all about.
Just follow the link at the bottom of the each indoor team building game to get the detailed description
If you find them valuable, please add your own activity at the bottom of the page. It will be great if we can all learn from one another.

Trust: Red/Blue
This is a powerful, fun activity (mind you…they all are). People are divided into two random groups and then have to make simple choices. The underlying question is whether these choices are made from a position of emotional trust...and if it is, everyone ends with a win/win situation. Or it can be made from a position of being sceptic and to avoid. I have used this activity very successfully in relationship programs between management and unions.
Creating a Productive, Supportive Working Environment: The Maze
The team need to find a route through a grid through trial and error. They get a fictional $15 million to complete the activity. For every minute they use they lose $1 million. So if they complete the activity in 13 minutes, their profit is $2 million and so on.
This is a great activity to let people experience how an environment of trust, accountability, energy, honesty and support can enhance the bottom line.
It also highlights how fear of failure can stop people from being more productive.
This activity shows how a developmental leadership style...a style of empowering employees can make the company more productive. It also shows how frustrated employees get when they don’t see the bigger picture and if they are not empowered.
This activity is about change. People have to move around on newspaper squares while you take them away. It simulates a changing environment and the objective is for the participants to see change as an opportunity and not a curse.
