"YES! To Life" Team Building Program

YES! To Life is a high impact, experientially based team building program.

The program aims to build sustainable employee motivation by celebrating what’s right with your company and the world.

During the YES! To Life program, we make use of a high ropes course, combined with indoor activities to create those "AHA" moments that are so crucial for the change you want to see in your workforce.

The YES! To Life team building program energizes employees into higher productivity by creating the right environment.

This culture allows people to support one another during challenges so they don’t allow situations to pull them down.

In other words, we create a culture where people whose spirits are down are lifted to the level of the people whose spirits are up…and not the other way around. (which happen so easily in the workplace)

The culture we create during this program enable people NOT to allow external circumstances to pull their spirits down.

In this culture, employees start to see possibilities in any situation...doesn’t matter how bad it looks.

Every challenge becomes an opportunity and a possibility...always another right answer.

They become open...really open...even if they think they know what the answer should be...they learn how to fix what’s wrong, by celebrating and harness the energy of what’s right.



Eliminating The Politics And Drama From The Workplace...

Drama and politics drains people energy and during the YES! To Life team building program people learn how to focus their energy on solutions.

We eliminate the drama and politics in the workplace by removing barriers that exist between people.

People are naturally connected...it’s just the way we are. And by removing those barriers, that connectedness flows naturally.

Every individual become the change that they want to see in the team and the company.

Individual change precedes group change and during this program, every individual start to focus their energy in the desired direction. Therefore, each employee takes accountability to create the right culture.

The beauty of the YES! To Life team building program is that it has a knock-on effect in the personal lives of the employees...and this result in a happier workforce and a lower staff turnover.



How Do We Do It?

We take people out of their comfort zones...physically, emotionally, socially and spiritually.

Physically... We make use of an experiential high ropes course to help them to move out of their comfort zones. These High Ropes exercises are carefully selected to address the individual needs of every team.

A high ropes course is a series of exercises that are build on 15-meter high poles. It can be done individually or in groups of two to four.

The delegates that are climbing are challenged to move out of their comfort zones, while those on the ground get challenged to create the right environment that allow their co-workers to move out of their comfort zones.

Emotionally...We challenge people to let go of the things that are preventing them to thrive at work

Socially...We challenge people to drop their masks and facades and to open up to one another. Each individual get challenged to answer the following question: "If you knew this about me, you would better understand me as a member of this team"

This builds understanding and empathy for one another and creates a family-like environment.

Spiritually...We challenge people to find purpose and joy in their work and life. They learn to start doing what they love AND to start loving what they do.



Taking It Back To the Work Environment...

Once the connections and "AHA" moments are made, we put a system in place that embeds these new learnings and the new culture in the workplace.

At the end of the YES! To Life team building program, each individual set themselves three inspirational goals that are in line with the new team culture.

They are then grouped into pairs that meet once a week to coach one another on their goals

This buddy system gets complimented by formal follow-up sessions once a month for three months where the program facilitator comes to your offices and help with the progress of the new culture.



When Should You Embark On The YES! To Life Journey?

The YES! To Life team building program is ideally suited for the following:

How long is the YES! To Life Journey?

The YES! To Life journey can be anything from three to six months, depending on your needs. The time line is usually as follow:

  1. Individual interviews with key members of the team (preferably everyone)

  2. A two-day of site YES! To Life program

  3. A three to six month YES! To Life coaching journey. This will happen at your offices and will consist of a one and a half hour session once a month.
